Under The Gun Tattoos was founded with a single belief — that every tattoo should be a one-of-a-kind work of art. Rooted in Columbia, MO, our studio was built by artists who refused to settle for flash-sheet mediocrity. From the very first session, our mission has been to collaborate deeply with every client to create custom pieces that carry personal meaning and stand the test of time.

Our artists bring decades of combined experience across every major style — realism, traditional, black & grey, fine line, and full sleeve composition. We believe the best tattoos come from genuine conversation: understanding your vision, your story, and your skin before a single line is drawn.

We operate out of a fully licensed, rigorously sterile studio environment that prioritizes your safety as much as your art. Walk-ins are always welcome, but consultations are where the real magic begins.

The Studio

Our studio meets and exceeds all Missouri health department standards, with single-use needles, autoclave-sterilized equipment, and fully disposable setup trays on every station.
